To enroll in Soullabfocus courses you must be legally able to form a binding contract and comply with local laws. We reserve the right to decline registration for any participant who does not meet eligibility or whose participation could present a safety concern.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to contract for professional training in their jurisdiction. Minors are not eligible without parental consent and prior approval.

Services must be used lawfully and for their intended purpose. You may not use Soullabfocus content or platforms to engage in unlawful activities, harassment, or behavior that undermines other participants' learning.

Access to certain courses may be restricted in some countries due to regulatory, export control or logistical constraints. Check course listings for any location-based restrictions before enrolling.

Account Terms

When you create an account with Soullabfocus you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Keep your account information current. Accurate contact details help us deliver course materials, updates and any necessary safety or scheduling notices.

Protect your password and login details. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We employ security measures but cannot accept liability for breaches resulting from your account compromise.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling or assigning an account or course enrollment to another person without our written permission is prohibited.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support at [email protected] immediately so we can take steps to secure your information and assist with recovery.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or for inactivity or payment issues. Suspension may limit access to course materials and features until resolved.

Services

Soullabfocus provides executive awareness and focus courses, workshops, coaching and related learning resources. Course descriptions, schedules and fees are posted on soullabfocus.vip and form part of your agreement with us upon enrollment.

We may modify course content, instructors, schedules or delivery format with reasonable notice. When changes materially affect confirmed bookings, we will communicate options to enrolled participants.

Course availability depends on enrollment levels, instructor schedules and venue or platform availability. We endeavor to run confirmed sessions but may cancel or reschedule; participants will be notified and offered alternatives.

Participant Rules

To maintain a productive learning environment, all participants must follow these rules during courses and events.

• Respectful conduct: Treat instructors and fellow participants with professionalism and courtesy.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality for sensitive discussions in workshops and coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed.
• Attendance and punctuality: Arrive on time and stay for the full scheduled session unless prior notice is given.
• No recording without consent: Do not record sessions, materials or other participants without explicit permission.
• Appropriate use of materials: Course materials are for your personal professional development and should not be redistributed without authorization.
• Health and safety: Follow venue or platform safety instructions and inform organizers of any special needs or concerns.
• Compliance with laws: Do not use Soullabfocus services for unlawful or unethical activities.

User Content

Users may submit content such as questions, feedback or discussion contributions during courses. By submitting content you grant certain rights to Soullabfocus as set out below.

You retain ownership of the intellectual property you create and submit, subject to the rights you grant to Soullabfocus to use the content for service delivery and improvement.

By submitting content you grant Soullabfocus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content as needed to provide and promote our services and to improve course materials.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit material that infringes rights, is illegal, defamatory or violates the rules of respectful conduct.

We may remove or disable access to user content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Requests to remove or correct content should be sent to [email protected].

Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, materials and website content are owned or licensed by Soullabfocus. You may use materials for personal, non-commercial learning but must not reproduce or distribute proprietary content without written permission.

• Do not copy, modify, publish or distribute Soullabfocus course materials without explicit consent.
• Do not remove or alter copyright, activity or other proprietary notices on Soullabfocus content.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

Paid Services

Certain Soullabfocus courses, workshops and coaching programs require payment. Paid services are subject to the pricing, payment and cancellation terms described below.

Course fees are displayed in the offering and may vary by location, instructor and format. Prices shown include relevant service fees; taxes may be applied where required by law.

Payment is required to confirm enrollment. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for fees and any applicable taxes or additional services.

Subscription products, if offered, will be billed as described at time of purchase. Subscribers are responsible for ongoing payments until cancellation in accordance with the subscription terms.

Refund eligibility is set out in the course-specific policy. Generally, refunds may be available within specified timeframes when sessions have not yet started. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected].

To cancel a paid course, follow the cancellation procedure on your enrollment confirmation. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing; details are provided at purchase.

Participants are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction. Where required, Soullabfocus will collect taxes at checkout and remit them to the relevant authorities.

We reserve the right to change prices for future courses. Changes will not affect confirmed enrollments unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Failure to pay on schedule may result in cancellation of enrollment and suspension of access to course materials until payment is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soullabfocus and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Upon termination, access to course materials may be revoked. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations.

Communications

By registering with Soullabfocus you consent to receive administrative messages related to your enrollment, such as confirmations, updates and schedule changes. Marketing communications will be sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material updates will be posted on soullabfocus.vip with an effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
